A Lincoln dealer at the same Longwood corner since 1975
Parks Lincoln of Longwood is at 3505 N US Highway 17-92 in Longwood, Florida. We’ve been on this corner since November 1975. Same corner. Same Lincoln franchise. Same standard.
We’re a Lincoln Motor Company President’s Award winner — most recently the 2025 award, announced in March 2026. We have a 4.8-star Google rating from 2,605+ verified reviews. Lincoln Pickup & Delivery covers most of north Orlando.

Pricing, trade-ins, and the Lincoln way to buy
Do you publish out-the-door pricing on your inventory?
The price on the window sticker is the price on the contract. Every Lincoln listed on parkslincoln.com shows the MSRP, any current Lincoln Motor Company incentive, and any Parks Lincoln offer already applied. No “see manager for final figure,” no add-on bundles surprising you in F&I.
What you see online is what you sign for — plus the standard line items every dealer collects: Florida sales tax, tag, title, and a disclosed documentation fee. We do not apply market adjustments above MSRP on current Lincoln models. If anything on the inventory page reads unclear, call sales at (407) 268-5051 and we email a written out-the-door quote the same business day.
What financing options do you offer through Lincoln Automotive Financial Services?
Lincoln Automotive Financial Services (Lincoln AFS) is the captive lender for Lincoln Motor Company and the default financing path for new Lincoln purchases. Lincoln AFS offers retail installment contracts, Red Carpet Lease, and model-specific programs that refresh on the first business day of each month.
We also work with a panel of outside lenders including local credit unions and national banks. If you have a preferred lender, bring the pre-approval and we'll work the numbers around it. Specific APR and lease terms are quoted by our F&I team after a soft credit pull.
How does the trade-in process work at Parks Lincoln?
Three paths. Online appraisal, in-person appraisal at the dealership, or remote photo-and-video appraisal for out-of-area customers.
Online appraisal at parkslincoln.com/trade-appraisal generates a same-day estimate based on Black Book and KBB Instant Cash Offer data. In-person appraisal at the dealership takes roughly 30 minutes — we drive the vehicle, scan the VIN for open recalls, check service records, then write a firm offer good for 7 days. Remote photo-and-video appraisal is available via text or email.
Florida tax law credits trade-in value against sales tax on the new vehicle, a factor worth modeling alongside any private-sale offer.
What lease terms do you offer on new Lincoln models?
Lincoln Red Carpet Lease typically runs 24, 27, 36, or 39 months at 7,500 / 10,500 / 13,500 miles per year. The 36-month, 10,500-mile term is the most common structure among Florida Lincoln lessees.
Lincoln AFS publishes residual values and money factors monthly, and Florida is a high-lease-penetration state for luxury brands. Current month-by-month lease terms vary by model and trim and are published at our specials page.
How is Lincoln Black Label priced compared to standard trims?
Black Label is the top trim level on the 2026 Aviator, Nautilus, and Navigator. It carries an MSRP premium over the next trim down (typically Reserve), with the size of the premium varying by model and option package.
On the 2026 Aviator, Black Label adds the Black Label designer themes, Black Label-specific interior materials, complimentary anytime car wash and detailing, and access to the Black Label Culinary Collection. The right way to decide is in person. Tell us which trims you're considering and we'll have them parked next to each other when you arrive.
How do I schedule a test drive?
If you’re more than 30 minutes from Longwood, we’ll bring the Lincoln to you. Pick a model from our inventory, give us 24 hours’ notice and a copy of your driver’s license, and we drop the vehicle at your home or office at no charge. The home-test-drive radius is 25 miles — the same area we cover for Lincoln Pickup & Delivery service.
Already in the area? Two faster paths: book directly on our test drive page, or call sales at (407) 268-5051 and we have keys ready when you walk in.
How long does it take to take delivery of a new Lincoln from your inventory?
Same-day delivery on a Lincoln we have on the lot if your financing and trade-in paperwork are wrapped by mid-afternoon. The full intake process at the dealership runs roughly 90 minutes from contract signature through vehicle orientation.
For a Lincoln we order from the factory, lead time runs 8 to 16 weeks depending on model, trim, and current production allocation. We text or call weekly with build-status updates, and Lincoln Motor Company also publishes order tracking through the Lincoln Way app.
Do you offer special programs for military, first responders, or recent college graduates?
Yes. Lincoln Motor Company runs the Lincoln Military Appreciation program for active-duty military, veterans, and first responders, and a Lincoln College Student Purchase program for recent or upcoming college graduates. Specific incentive amounts and eligibility windows are set monthly by Lincoln, not by the dealer.
Bring proof of service or proof of graduation to the dealership, or upload it during your online finance application, and we apply the current month's incentive automatically.
Service, maintenance, and the Pickup & Delivery program

Most of our Pickup & Delivery requests come in by 9 AM and the vehicle is back in the customer’s driveway, washed, before they finish dinner.Service drive · standing service
How much does an oil change cost on my Lincoln at Parks Lincoln?
If your Lincoln is under 4 years old or 50,000 miles, your scheduled oil change is $0. Lincoln’s complimentary maintenance program covers oil and filter service for the first four years — you bring the vehicle in, we change the oil, you leave. No invoice, no copay, no upsell.
After the warranty window, the 2026 Corsair, Nautilus, Aviator, and Navigator all run on Motorcraft 5W-30 or 5W-20 full synthetic and share the same labor structure — trim-specific differences are limited to oil capacity and filter cost. Current synthetic oil change pricing is published on our service menu, or call service at (407) 268-5050 for a same-day quote on your specific VIN.
What are your service department hours?
Service is open Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Sundays for service work.
The first appointment of the day, 7:00 AM weekdays, is the most popular for Lincoln Pickup and Delivery dispatches because the loaner can usually be returned by midday for routine work. Walk-ins are welcome but the wait runs longer than the scheduled lane.
What is Lincoln Mobile Service and do you offer it?
Yes, for the kind of work that doesn't need a lift. A certified Lincoln technician comes to your home or office for software updates, recall completions, and warranty diagnostics — no service-drive trip needed.
Anything that needs a lift — transmission, alignment, brakes beyond pad-and-rotor, suspension — comes to the Longwood bays. Mobile Service handles the work that fits in your driveway; we handle the work that needs a shop.
How does Lincoln Pickup and Delivery work?
Lincoln Pickup and Delivery is complimentary for eligible Lincoln owners — vehicles inside the 4-year / 50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. We collect your vehicle from your home or office, perform the service in our bays, then return the serviced vehicle to the same address with a Lincoln loaner of similar class for the day.
Standard coverage runs a 25-mile radius from 3505 N US Highway 17-92, covering Longwood, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Maitland, Apopka, plus most of north Orlando. Selective coverage extends further on a case-by-case basis. Schedule via the Lincoln Pickup & Delivery program page, our schedule service page, or by calling (407) 268-5050.
What does Lincoln's complimentary maintenance program include?
4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first — covered by Lincoln, not the dealer. Inside that window, you bring the vehicle in for scheduled service and we change the oil, rotate the tires, run the multi-point, and service the brake fluid on Lincoln's recommended interval. No invoice. The labor is included.
What's not covered: wear items. Brake pads, tires, wiper blades, and batteries are still on the owner. Lincoln offers a paid extension if you want coverage beyond 50,000 miles — details on Lincoln's maintenance program page. The program also transfers to subsequent owners within the coverage period.
How much does a tire rotation cost at Parks Lincoln?
$0 inside the 4-year / 50,000-mile complimentary maintenance window. Lincoln pairs tire rotation with each scheduled service visit, so an in-warranty rotation is covered when you come in for an oil change. Standalone rotation pricing after warranty is published on our service menu.
Lincoln recommends rotation every 5,000 to 7,500 miles. The honest reason to stay on schedule: AWD Lincolns (Corsair, Nautilus, Aviator, Navigator) split torque unevenly across the four tires under daily driving, and skipping rotations is the fastest way to wear one set of tires out 15,000 miles ahead of the others — which means buying a full set early instead of two at a time.
What is included in a Lincoln multi-point inspection?
The Lincoln multi-point inspection is a 27-point check. It covers brake pad thickness, tire tread depth and pressure, fluid levels and condition (engine oil, coolant, brake, transmission, power steering, washer), battery state-of-charge plus load test, exterior lighting, wiper blade condition, belt and hose visual, undercarriage check for leaks, plus HVAC system function.
The inspection is included with every service visit at Parks Lincoln. You receive a written copy with photo-documented findings.
Do you provide loaner vehicles during service?
Yes, for eligible service work. Lincoln-branded loaners are available for warranty service, recall work, and any service that runs longer than 4 hours in the bay.
For Lincoln Pickup and Delivery service inside the 25-mile radius, a Lincoln loaner is included by default and dropped at your address when we collect your vehicle. Loaner reservations are first-come, first-served, so book your appointment ahead.
Lincoln AFS, credit unions, and the F&I office
What credit score is generally needed to finance a new Lincoln?
Most of our buyers approve in the FICO 660 to 740 range, but we’ve placed deals from the high 500s well into 800+ territory. There is no single magic number — Lincoln Automotive Financial Services and our outside-lender panel each weight credit differently, and a stronger down payment, a co-signer, or a longer term can all swing a borderline application into approval.
If your score is below 600, ask for our subprime team specifically — specialized lenders set the terms there, not the dealer, and the conversation is different. Either way, we run credit only with your written consent. The fastest way to find out where you stand without affecting your score is the soft-inquiry pre-qualification at our finance page.
Can I get pre-approved for financing before visiting the dealership?
Yes. Submit a pre-approval application at our finance page and we route it to Lincoln AFS plus our outside-lender panel for terms within one business day.
Pre-approval holds for 30 days. The pre-approval triggers a soft credit inquiry only, not a hard pull, so it does not affect your credit score. Bringing the pre-approval letter to the dealership shortens the in-store finance step from roughly 60 minutes to roughly 20 minutes.
What are the benefits of financing through Lincoln Automotive Financial Services?
On factory-supported deals, Lincoln AFS almost always beats outside banks. When Lincoln Motor Company is subsidizing the rate — current month's APR specials, lease money-factor reductions, loyalty rebates for current Lincoln owners, conquest incentives for buyers coming from a competing luxury brand — the captive lender is the path. Outside lenders can't match a subsidized rate.
Where outside lenders sometimes win: pre-owned Lincolns, longer-than-standard terms, or non-standard down payments. Either way, you see both options when you sit down with F&I — we run the numbers in parallel. The current month's Lincoln AFS programs are posted at our specials; specific quotes require a written F&I review.
Do you offer programs for first-time buyers or recent college graduates?
Yes. Lincoln Motor Company publishes a College Graduate Purchase program for buyers who have graduated from a four-year college within the past 24 months or who are graduating within the next 6 months. Lincoln AFS also runs a First-Time Buyer program for buyers with limited credit history.
Specific incentive amounts and qualifying terms are set by Lincoln Motor Company each month and are confirmed in writing during F&I. Documentation required: proof of graduation (transcript or diploma) and proof of employment.
What documents do I need to bring to the dealership for financing?
Bring these six and you’re out the door in roughly 90 minutes. A valid driver’s license, proof of income (most recent pay stub, or two months of bank statements if self-employed), proof of residence (utility bill or lease agreement dated within 60 days), proof of insurance for the new vehicle, your Social Security number, and a check or card for the down payment.
Trading in a vehicle? Add three more: the title, the most recent registration, and a payoff letter from your current lender (we can call your lender for that if you don’t have it on hand). Lincoln AFS occasionally asks for additional documentation on higher-LTV deals — if so, our F&I team will text you the list before you arrive so nothing is a surprise.
Lincoln Black Label — designer themes, anytime concierge

What is Lincoln Black Label?
Black Label is Lincoln's top ownership tier, available on the Aviator, Nautilus, and Navigator. Beyond the trim level itself — designer interior themes, premium materials, the technology and audio packages bundled in — what you're really buying is what comes after the keys: a 24/7 concierge, complimentary detailing whenever you want it, and a dealer that knows your name when you call.
That includes a 24/7 concierge for anything from service appointments to restaurant reservations, complimentary anytime car wash and detailing at our store, the Black Label Culinary Collection at participating restaurants, plus elevated maintenance benefits. Per Lincoln's Black Label program, these benefits run for the duration of your ownership.
What designer themes are available on Black Label?
Cabernet — saddle-toned leather with brushed-walnut accents. Chalet — espresso plus Alpine-white leather with silverwood inlays. Thoroughbred — jet-black plus Cappuccino leather with weathered ash. Vineyard — burgundy leather with khaya wood. Ocean Plank — light-cream leather with rough-sawn oak.
Theme availability varies by model and model year. The 2026 Aviator and 2026 Navigator carry the broadest selection; the 2026 Nautilus carries fewer. If you want to see two themes back-to-back, tell us which models on the way in — we'll have them parked next to each other.
What is the Black Label anytime concierge?
The anytime concierge is a Lincoln-operated 24/7 phone line staffed by Lincoln-trained agents who handle service appointments, restaurant reservations through the Culinary Collection, road-trip planning support, plus general ownership questions.
The concierge number is provided in your owner's welcome packet at delivery. The program is included for the duration of Black Label ownership and is a Lincoln Motor Company program, not a dealer-operated one.
How is Black Label priced compared to a Reserve trim?
Black Label sits one trim above Reserve on the same Lincoln model. The MSRP step funds the designer themes (which include unique leather, wood, plus trim materials), the standard inclusion of premium technology and audio packages that are optional on Reserve, plus access to the Black Label ownership programs (concierge, Culinary Collection, complimentary detailing).
Current MSRP deltas on the 2026 Aviator, Nautilus, and Navigator vary by trim and option package and are published on lincoln.com. Call sales at (407) 268-5051 for a same-day side-by-side written quote on the trims you are considering.
How is Black Label service different from standard Lincoln service?
Black Label service uses the same Lincoln-certified technicians and Genuine Lincoln parts as standard service. The added benefits are complimentary anytime car wash and detailing at Black Label-certified dealers, priority service scheduling at participating dealers, plus a Lincoln loaner of similar Black Label class during longer service visits.
At Black Label-certified dealers, the anytime detailing benefit is fulfilled in-house. At dealers not certified for Black Label service, the detailing benefit is fulfilled through Lincoln's central detail-partner network.
Hours, location, and the people to ask for
How long has Parks Lincoln of Longwood been at the same address?
51 years — same address since November 1975. The dealership opened at 3505 N US Highway 17-92 in November 1975 as Longwood Lincoln-Mercury, Inc., serving Seminole County, the northern half of Orange County, and the broader greater Orlando area. Randy Parks acquired the dealership in November 1979, bringing it under Parks Motor Group. After Ford Motor Company discontinued the Mercury brand, the store rebranded to Parks Lincoln of Longwood in January 2011, led today by President Stephen R. Parks.
We are one of a small group of US Lincoln dealers with more than 50 years of continuous operation under the same legal entity.
Is Parks Lincoln of Longwood the only Lincoln dealer in Seminole County?
Yes. Parks Lincoln of Longwood is the only Lincoln dealer in Seminole County. The next-closest authorized Lincoln dealers are Central Florida Lincoln, roughly 12 miles south on US 17-92 in Orlando, and Plaza Lincoln in Leesburg, roughly 33 miles west.
Lincoln franchise density across Central Florida is sparse, which is part of why our trade area extends well beyond Longwood city limits.
How does Parks Lincoln compare to Central Florida Lincoln in Orlando?
The honest answer is drive time. If you live in Apopka or south of downtown Orlando, Central Florida Lincoln is closer. If you’re north of Maitland — Longwood, Lake Mary, Sanford, Heathrow, Winter Springs, Oviedo — we are. Both stores are authorized Lincoln dealers, both sell from the same Lincoln allocation, and both honor Lincoln’s warranty and complimentary maintenance program identically.
What’s different is who you’re working with. Parks Lincoln of Longwood has been on the same Longwood corner since 1975 and family-operated under the Parks Motor Group since 1979, with a 4.8-star rating across 2,605+ Google reviews and a service team where many advisors have been with us a decade or more. If long-tenured staff and that kind of track record matter to you, that’s our differentiator. If five extra minutes of drive time doesn’t, the rest is preference.
What Lincoln models do you sell at Parks Lincoln of Longwood?
We carry the full current Lincoln lineup. The 2026 Corsair is the compact entry, available with a Grand Touring plug-in hybrid variant. The 2026 Nautilus offers the Nautilus Hybrid powertrain across every trim. The 2026 Aviator is the three-row option, powered by a 3.0L twin-turbocharged V6 producing 400 hp and 415 lb-ft. The 2026 Navigator runs from the Premiere trim through Reserve and Black Label, with a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 producing 440 hp; towing reaches up to 8,700 lb when equipped with the Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow Package (standard on Black Label).
Current MSRPs and live inventory are published on parkslincoln.com/new-inventory. We also carry a rotating inventory of Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned vehicles plus a small selection of pre-owned trade-ins from other manufacturers.
